Crisis Response Levels

Important Operational Notes for Clients

Global Security Card (GSC) emphasizes that operational success depends on clear protocols.

  1. Please review and acknowledge the following regarding GSC crisis response:
  2. Scope of Service: On-the-ground operators are not personal bodyguards. They are vetted security professionals who assess situations, coordinate resources, and facilitate your safe movement or evacuation.
  3. Additional Costs: For Level III, IV, and V engagements, additional costs may apply beyond your standard membership. These include on-the-ground operative personnel, travel tickets, medical evacuation, hospital deposits, and accommodation.
  4. Client Responsibility: The client remains responsible for any additional costs incurred during their emergency. We will always provide cost estimates before committing to third-party services.
  5. Level Determination: Our 24/7 call center agent will assess the situation using a standardized protocol. The assigned level may escalate as new information emerges.
  6. When to Call: Use the SOS Button (in-app) for all emergencies. 
  • All requests must be submitted through the secure portal.
  • Response times may vary based on the assigned Crisis Level.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact information.
  • Local authorities will be notified in compliance with regional laws.

Think of it like a deductible.

Your monthly membership covers everything GPS does remotely — the 24/7 hotline, the emergency coordination, the intelligence, the guidance. That never costs extra.

But if a situation requires one of our security specialists to physically come to you — to deploy in person to your location — that is when the on-ground dispatch fee applies. It is a one-time fee per incident, only charged if we actually deploy someone to you in person.

Most members never need it. But if you do, a trained GPS security specialist and certified medic is on their way.
